California cities exercise religious discrimination against the Boy Scouts

The Boy Scouts take an oath to "do my duty to God." In Berkley California, the scouts had to choose between God and Berkley. The scouts chose God and Berkley chose religious discrimination by banning only the Boy Scouts from using the city's marina, which is available to other nonprofits.

In San Diego, U.S. District Judge Napoleon A. Jones Jr has labeled the Boy Scouts "anti-homosexual" and "anti-atheist" because their organization serves God before San Diego.
