When Mark Holick, pastor of Spirit One Christian Center, in Wichita Kansas, arrived at the Wichita public park during a homosexual festival, he was arrested within minutes, for trespassing - on public property.
Joel Oster, legal counsel for Alliance Defense Fund, explains what is legal, and this arrest was not legal, "Arresting Christians simply because they choose to exercise those rights in a public place is unconstitutional."
