Michael Newdow, the atheist activist who has received national attention for his crusade to remove references to God from American history and heritage, is at is again. He is repeated his previous failed attempt at removing the phrase "under God" from the Pledge of Allegiance.
Newdow, who has repeatedly lost his court cases commented, "I feel strongly I can win this argument any time because I'm correct." Previously he attempted to exploit his estranged daughter, representing her in his own case against "under God."
