National Park Services Hiding Godly Praise Inscribed on Washington Monument

On top of the Washington Monument is a special four-sided pyramid cap, with each side containing an inscription. Engraved on the east side of the cap is "Laus Deo" - Latin for "Praise by to God." A replica of this cap is on display. The replica used to be displayed such that visitors could see all four sides, but the National Park Service has changed the display so that "Laus Deo" is up against a wall - so no one can see that the Washington Monument gives praise to God. Along with hiding the inscription, the description of the cap no longer makes reference to the "Laus Deo" inscription.

This was recently discovered by Pastor Todd DuBord of Lake Almanor Community Church. When he asked a park range what was inscribed on the forth side, the answer he received was "It's not a conspiracy or anything." Curious.

Now, God banished from Washington Monument - Historic cap engraving 'Laus Deo' out of sight
