Supreme Court decides discrimination case by imposing discrimination

The California Supreme Court decided that the Boyscouts have no rights to public facilities because they operate under a higher moral code. When the court decided to discriminate against the scouts for their noncompliance, the boys took their case to the U.S. Supreme Court, looking for constitutional justice. Instead, the U.S. Supreme Court sided with the California court to apply discriminatory injustice against the boys.
