Plaintiff "offended" by Bible display that she can't see

Kay Staley, a real estate agent, successfully sued to have a historical display, which included a Bible, removed from the Harris County courthouse, after standing for over 50 years. A construction project moved the monument into storage, making the case mute - but not according to Staley and Ayesha Khan, her lawyer from Americans United for Separation, who are continuing with the case.

Judge Harold DeMoss Jr. asked how Staley could be offended by a monument that she doesn't see.
