The Americans United for the Separation of Church and State sued the Montgomery County Public Schools for holding their graduation ceremony in Jericho City of Praise Church on the grounds that sitting in a church is "harmful." The Blair High School officials buckled for 2 years, but the Parent-Teacher-Student Association stood their ground.
