The Ridgeway Elementary School has their classrooms decorated with Santa Clause, Kwanza, Menorahs, and Labafana (the Christmas witch). The "winter program" included various musical songs. The Christian song "Silent Night" was secularized into "Cold in the Night" and stripped of all religious content.
A demand letter was send to the school from Liberty Counsel stating the school's actions violate the Constitution.
