Samantha Weatherholtz, a sophomore at the Augusta County Fort Defiance High School in Virginia, was handing out leaflets on Monday. By Tuesday the Assistant Principal Donna Abernathy warned her that she would be suspended from school if she continued to distribute the religious leaflets. School officials suspended Weatherholtz on Wednesday. Assistant Principal Frank Wade would not comment about the incident. Weatherholtz turned to the Christian Law Association in Seminole FL, for legal counsel support.
