SUNY College Allows Freedom of Expression - Except Religious Expression

Greg Davis was a student at Ulster County Community College. Attorneys with the Alliance Defense Fund filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against college officials. "The Constitution does not say that speech is only free if it meets certain arbitrary categories developed by public officials," said Nate Kellum, ADF Senior Legal Counsel.
