Planned Parenthood - A Pharmacist Acting out of Conscience is "Criminal"

A customer pulls-up to the CVS 24-hour drive-through at 10pm to have the "morning-after" prescription filled. The pharmacists on duty refuses to fill the prescription out of conscience, but gives instructions on how to have it filled at another location or another time - all in compliance with company policy and state law.

Planned Parenthood, according to the Vice President of External Affairs Kathy Kushnir, calls a pharmacist acting out of conscience "criminal."
