US Navy Facing Discrimination Suit from Navy Chaplains

Evangelical chaplains filed a class action suit six years ago, charging the Navy with discrimination against the evangelicals - claiming they have been denied promotions or faced dismissals. The suit is waiting for Judge Erma Gonzalez of the San Diego U.S. District Court for Southern California to issue a ruling to move the suit forward.
