Is Your School a "Friend or Foe?"

Mathew D. Staver, President and General Counsel of Liberty Counsel, announced the third national “Friend or Foe Graduation Campaign.” Liberty Counsel provides free legal counsel to schools that protect the religious free speech of students and files law suits against those schools that violate the First Amentment.

Staver described the campaign, "Liberty Counsel will be a friend to those schools that take a neutral position regarding the messages presented by students at graduation. However, Liberty Counsel will be a foe of schools that censor the religious viewpoint or content of student speakers."
