ACLU Wants School Officials Jailed for Praying

An elementary school teacher at the Louisiana Tangipahoa Parish was encouraging the Christian beliefs of her students, including praying in the classroom and holding Bible studies in the school cafeteria. The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) has asked a federal judge to have all associated school teachers and school administrators jailed. Their actions "must result in their removal from society," according to the ACLU.
