David Park objected to the homosexual material being taught in his son's Lexington Massachusetts kindergarten class. In his meeting with the school Principal, he attempted to arrange to have his son opted-out of the homosexual curriculum. His requests were denied. Park refused to leave the official until some accommodation was arranged. The principal with approval of the Superintendent of Schools, had Park arrested for trespassing.
