ACLU Caught in Religious Bigotry

The ACLU has been caught practicing Religious bigotry as part of their legal practice. First the ACLU argued that schools and universities are required to recognize student groups protected by the Equal Access Act. This came under the case Prince v. Jacoby, where the ACLU defended a homosexual student group. The ACLU now wants to strike down the case they argued because it is being used to recognize the rights of a student Bible club. "This goes to show how far the ACLU will manipulate the legal system to further their radical agenda," said Tim Chandler, a litigation specialist from the Alliance Defense Fund.
