It seems that many prisoners at the state prison facility in Corcoran, California have been benefiting from free life-changing religious material provided by prison ministries - until recently. Prison officials have singled-out the religious material and banning the material from being delivered - even when inmates have specifically requested the delivery.
The Pacific Justice Institute has filed a federal lawsuit for infringing on the constitutional rights of the prisoners to receive religious material by mail.
