Atheism is on the decline around the globe

As science continues to uncover the complexities of the universe, from the origin of a single living cell to the origin of the entire unverse, atheists are reaching the conclusion that the universe could only have originated from a designer. One of the recent converts is Antony Flew, 81 and an atheist for over 67 years. Flew reached the conclusion that some sort of deity created life and that the sequence of events in the book of Genesis, being scientifically accurate, must have been divinely inspired.

Analysis: Atheism worldwide in decline

For since the creation of the world, God's invisible qualities, his eternal power and divine nature have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse (Romans 1:20)

Patrick Glynn, author of God: The Evidence, The Reconciliation of Faith and Reason in a Postsecular World, provided this analysis: "The past two decades of research have overturned nearly all the important assumptions and predictions of an earlier generation of modern secular and atheist thinkers relating to the issue of God. Over the course of a century in the great debate between science and faith, the tables have completely turned. Today the concrete data point strongly in the direction of the God hypothesis."
