The Oakland California city office is a great place to start a new gay and lesbian employees' association. But try hanging a flyer to start a conservative "Good News Employee Association''. City Manager Robert Bobb will rip it off the wall, with a federal judge in full agreement. The "Good News" lawsuit contended that Oakland's policy "openly denounces Christian views." The city deemed the flyer "homophobic" even though there is no mention of homosexuality.
