In October 2004, 11 Christians were arrested for preaching at the Philadelphia homosexual OutFest. Four adult, known as the Philly 4, where changed with felony riot, criminal conspiracy and ethnic intimidation and five misdemeanor counts including disorderly conduct and reckless endangerment. Judge Pamela Dembe threw-out all the charges after viewing a video tape of the Christians.
