A judge has ordered a southern Atlanta school to remove stickers from their biology textbooks indicating that evolution is a theory. There are no religious reference on the sticker. There is no reference to Intelligent Design on the sticker. Yet the sticker was deemed an unconstitutional endorsement of religion. The ACLU and a federal judge have determined it is unconstitutional to apply a sticker on a textbook which, in some remote way, may cause the reader to possibility think something religious.
