Focus on the Family conducted their annual assessment of the top 50 major retailers' web sites, assessing any discrimination against "Christmas." The results were significant. 40 percent of major retails have completed expunged references to "Christmas" from the Christmas season and, instead, use generic nondescript euphemisms, such as "holiday season." And over 50 percent of major retailers display a mere "token" reference to Christmas, if any. Focus has also identified those retailers considered to be "repeat offenders" year after year.
