Silence is a Dangerous Injustice in Waukegan Wisconson

Atheists teachers at the Jack Benny Middle School in Waukegan Wisconson plan to protest the moment of silence by remaining silent. Instead of obeying the state law respecting a moment of silence, these teachers left the classroom in civil disobedience to be silent in the hallway.

According to one of the protesters, special education teacher Brian Bown, observing a moment of silence is a dangerous "injustice" and requires a class-action lawsuit against his own school system.

The school Superintendent David Clough reports implementation of this state law has been a non-issue with parents.
