Students at the Pennsylvania Willow Hill Elementary School were informed that, in order to participate in the school's Halloween activities, they must come to school in a Halloween custume. Among the various custumes, some children come as Witches and as Satan. When a 10 year old of a Christian family decided to come dressed as Jesus, school principal Patricia Whitmire, informed the boy and his mother that this costume was banned by school policy. The Alliance Defense Fund has taken the school to court for violation of his religious and free expression rights.
