The New Hampshire Massachusetts Casey Family Services agency is a place of tolerance, even allowing homosexual groups to hold meetings during office hours. But for Penny Nixon, her Christian faith was forbidden. There could be no expression of her faith, which had to be eventually escalated to a lawsuit. As Chuck Douglas, Nixon's attorney, stated in the suit, "she does assert her right to have her practice and belief in Christianity unmolested in the workplace."
