Is the Internal Revenue Service Writing Your Pastor's Sermon?

The American Center for Law and Justice reports:

The IRS currently has the right to censor the speech of pastors. This inspires Americans United and other like-minded groups to intimidate pastors and Christian leaders, particularly in election years, causing them to avoid or tip-toe around the issues of the day, such as abortion, the Fairness Doctrine, and the role of faith in America — important issues which every church should be free to discuss. This must stop.
