City of Philadelphia issue permit to muzzle Christians in public

When volunteers of Repent America were exonerated of all criminal arrest charges, members sued the city for violating their right to attend the public "Gay Pride" event. Judge Lawrence Stengel threw-out the case, when it was determined that the city issued an unusual permit which allowed officials to muzzle Christians at the event, which was opened to the public.
