In Sacramento,CA, The School Superintendent, Not Parents, Decides What Students Learn About Homosexuality

The Sacramento school systems has given the superintendent, Jack O'Connell , authority to withhold funding to schools that do not comply with the pro-homosexual curriculum.

According to Karen England from the pro-family
Capital Resource Institute, "It is outrageous that AB 606 would permit Jack O'Connell to arbitrarily withhold funds from a school district if he happens to think they are not adequately promoting pro-homosexual sentiment on a particular campus." Capitol Resource Institute believes the pro-homosexual curriculum infringes upon parental rights and religious convictions of parents and students.

Legislation Gives Unrestrained Power to State Superintendent Concerning Pro-Homosexual Curriculum
