Michael Newdow Harassing United State with "In God We Trust" Lawsuit

Michael Newdow, the atheist who previously failed in his attempt to remove "Under God" from the pledge of allegiance, has filed a lawsuit in the US Supreme Court, challenging the constitutionality of national motto "In God We Trust."

According to Jay Sekulow , Chief Counsel for The American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ), "The Supreme Court has on several occasions referenced the national motto as a legitimate expression of our religious heritage."
