The National Association for Research & Therapy of Homosexuality (NARTH) conducted their 13th annual conference at Marina del Rey, California, attended by ex-homosexuals and reparative therapy professionals. Conference attendees were greeted by angry pro-homosexual protestors, who deny the value of reparative therapy and the existence of ex-homosexuals.
"It's the ultimate of hypocrisy among the small minority of the gay community and this local politician who is denying people the right to their self-determination -- denying the right for someone to choose their path in life and I think that's not only un-American, it's inhumane," stated Alan Chambers, president of Exodus International and an ex-homosexual.
