"Under God" Declared Illegal - Again

Michael Newdow has filed another lawsuit to have the phrase "Under God" removed from the United Stated Pledge of Allegiance. As a result, the San Francisco District Court has declared the Pledge of Allegiance unconstitutional. Newdows previous attempt was thrown-out by the U.S. Supreme Court.
