Ramon Watkins, otherwise known as Prophet Yahweh (Prophet of Yahweh), claims to be able to summon UFOs through prayers found in the Old Testament. Previous UFO appearances have been captured on video, including an appearance on the ABC affiliate KTNV on May 26th.
Prophet Yahweh has announced his 50 STATE UFO SUMMONING TOUR 2005, where he will be summoning UFOs across all 50 states. According to Prophet Yahweh, the UFOs are angels who will usher in the coming of the Messiah.
