Marines in Iraq Credit God and Prayer with Sparing Lives

Shortly before the soldiers of the 8th Marine Regiment Combined Anti-Armor Tank platoon arrived in Iraq, one day after Operation Iraqi Freedom began, Capt. Seth MacCutcheon, a command and a Christian, asked Chaplain Don Rogers to pray over his platoon. The families of this platoon also began praying regularly.

Glenn Thomas, author of "God Saw Them Through", notes that the platoon reported 35 miracles of protection and 40 specific answers to prayer. This platoon has seen the heaviest fighting in the Iraqi war. They did not suffer and disabilities and they did not suffer a single casualty.
