David Correa was a voluntary worker for the Southwest Florida Department of Juvenile Justice. He received an e-mail during the 2004 Christmas season and, in his reply, included "remember to keep Christ in Christmas." He was terminated from his position and removed from another paid position. A spokesperson for the Juvenile Justice stated Correa had "performance issues."
