A customer by the name of Ahmed Ali entered Shahbaz Masih's Pakistan video store, looking to rent a TV. A disagreement ensued and Masih refused to rent the TV. The customer, a butcher by trade, left the shop irate. The customer returned, broke into Masih's home and chopped off his left arm at the elbow - in return for the "insult" of denying the TV rental.
Masih, a Christian, was forced to closed his shop and take his family into hiding. Sadly, violence against Christians is a common occurrence around the world.
